422 are Emily Ball and Sophie Ball (fiddles), Joey Oliver (whistles and oboe), Sam Pitt (accordion) and Ian Stephenson (guitar). They were members of 'The Pack' and are past winners of the Radio 2 Young Folk Award.

This is another all instrumental album. The musicianship is undoubtedly brilliant, but I am uncertain about the choice of material. There are several quite long Swedish pieces and a Kuwaiti tune, which is not immediate. They can though blast it out and selections of reels like 'TV Set' and the last track 'Miss Susan Cooper' move along at a lively rate.
