Twelve tracks, accompanied by her 'boys', Ian Carr, Michael McGoldrick, Andy Cutting, John
McCusker. Apart from Nic Jones 'The Blind Beggar', she had a creative hand in all the tracks.
She cleverly puts a stamp on her songs by reworking traditional words to her own folk
influenced tunes. One example of this is 'The Good Man' which is based on 'Seven Drunken
Nights' and refreshes this warhorse, turning it into a delicate thoroughbred.
I am sure this CD will be very successful.
