Mouse is the duo Martha Tilston and Nick Marshall and the CD features 13 of their songs. They have been quite busy in 2002, performing at various festivals and supporting Roddy Frame.
Nick plays guitar, backing Martha. She has a breathy voice with a quavery vibrato reminiscent at times of Buffy St. Marie.
The songs are mainly quiet mood pieces and since there were no lyrics provided I found it difficult to connect with them.
